- Standard shipping via Australia Post with tracking.
- Engines and oversized/irregular items require a shipping quote – please message us with your postcode.
- Express Post is available upon request.
- If Australia Post’s calculated costs seem high, contact us for alternative courier options.
International:
- Standard international shipping via Australia Post with tracking.
- Express Post available on request.
- Please note: we do not ship engines overseas.
Customs / Import Duties
- Some countries may charge VAT, import duties, or taxes.

Returns & Refunds
- If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you may return it for a full refund.
- If you ordered the wrong part:
Before shipping: Full refund available.
After shipping: You may return the item (at your expense) for a refund. - We strongly recommend installation by a qualified mechanic.
- Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse (including engines).
